Feve Patisserie is looking for a dedicated and passionate Commis II to join our bakery and kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of kitchen operations, baking, and food preparation, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional café environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of desserts, bakery items, and café dishes
- Follow recipes and kitchen SOPs accurately
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Assist in stock handling and ingredient preparation
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and products
- Work efficiently during peak hours and service time
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of bakery, pastry, or kitchen operations
- Prior kitchen or bakery experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and hardworking attitude
- Passion for food, desserts, and hospitality
