Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and monitoring rice mill / oil mill plant machinery under supervision.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Support in raw material handling, cleaning, drying, milling, packaging, and dispatch operations.
- Record and maintain daily production data (logbooks, checklists, shift reports).
- Observe and implement quality control parameters (moisture, yield, cleanliness, defects).
- Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping practices in the workplace.
- Report equipment abnormalities or breakdowns to maintenance teams.
- Work in shifts and support smooth plant operations as per schedule.
Training Period & Growth
- Training Duration: 3 – 6 months (may vary as per performance)
- Post-Training Role: Plant Operator.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, related trades
- Freshers can apply.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
- Strong learning mindset, discipline, and willingness to work in a plant environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
