GNS Builders is expanding its footprint in infrastructure development across Sikkim, with projects spanning urban development and buildings. We are seeking a capable Electrical Engineer to support and lead critical electrical infrastructure execution.
Position: Electrical Engineer (Transformer / 11 KV Projects)
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Location: Gangtok, Sikkim (with project-based travel)
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of electrical execution on-site, including transformer installations and distribution systems, while working in close coordination with core project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of transformers (11 KV) and associated systems
Execution of electrical infrastructure for buildings and township projects
Coordination with electricity boards and regulatory authorities
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and testing procedures
Managing on-site teams and reporting directly to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure and distribution systems
Strong understanding of transformer installation and site execution
Ability to independently manage and deliver on-ground work
Candidates with experience in hill/mountainous infrastructure projects will be given preference

Compensation
We offer a highly competitive annual CTC benchmarked against the industry, with performance-linked upside and scope for accelerated growth for candidates who demonstrate strong execution capability and reliability. Final compensation will be determined post resume review and interview.
