- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers about our services. One should Know our services inside and out so that one can answer customer queries.
- Understand customers requirement and provide suitable storage & moving solutions
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Desired Profile
The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience. Should have excellent communication skill with fluency in English Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
