RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Employee relations and statutory compliance.
Contract labour management and contractor coordination.
Support workplace safety activities, safety inductions, PPE compliance, and EHS documentation.
General HR and administrative support.
Requirements:
MSWHR/MBA (HR) or equivalent.
1–2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Good knowledge of labor laws, MS Excel, and HR processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
