Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper storage, hygiene and safety standards.

Verify received and dispatched materials with proper documentation.

Monitor stock shortages, excess, damages and expiry.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.

Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse reports.

Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Production and Finance teams.

Ensure timely system/ERP updates and compliance with SOPs.

Graduate preferred; logistics/supply chain qualification is an advantage.

3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in F&B/FMCG.

Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
-
Strong team handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
