Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and salary revisions.
- Prepare Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Generate and verify salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Track missed punches, late marks, and leave balances.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain attendance reports for payroll processing.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update employee data in HRMS.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and audits.
- Maintain compliance-related records and documentation.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in onboarding selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment and joining records.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain employee files and confidential records.
- Support HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate with multiple clinic locations for HR-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare, retail, or multi-location industry.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems.
- Experience in attendance management and payroll reconciliation.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and labour regulations.
