As a CT & MRI Technician at Manipal Hospitals, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging is provided for patient diagnoses. Your primary duties will include preparing patients for imaging tests, operating imaging equipment, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for CT and MRI scans.
- Operate CT and MRI machines to obtain high-quality images.
- Monitor patients' conditions during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to provide accurate imaging results.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
- Provide guidance and education to patients regarding procedures.
