Role Overview
Kevasiya is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and team management skills. Candidates with experience in Event Management will be preferred, especially those who have worked closely with premium clients, weddings, corporate events, or luxury celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations.
- Assist customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and billing.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Lead and coordinate store staff.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure smooth store functioning and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management or customer-facing roles.
- Preferred experience in Event Management, particularly in weddings, luxury events, corporate gifting, or premium client servicing.
- Experience in luxury retail, gifting, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
- Fluent English communication and excellent convincing skills.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS/billing systems.
