Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and promote AI, technology, and skill-development courses. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and a strong interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AI/skill courses.
- Explain course benefits, features, pricing, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into successful course enrollments.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students/customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi + basic English communication preferred.
- Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers can apply.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
