What You'll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Handle client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Support admissions and client engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
