We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused ASM- Duty Manager to join our retail team in Shirva. The role involves handling day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection
- Handle billing and cash/UPI/card transactions at checkout
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
- Assist in unloading and arranging new stock deliveries
- Maintain store hygiene and follow safety standards
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
- Support promotional activities and in-store display
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior retail or supermarket experience preferred
- Basic communication skills (English / Regional language)
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Physically fit for standing long hours
Preferred Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Expiry, FIFO and other inventory basics
- Dump, Shrinkage and Damage Control
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience)
- Weekly off

- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening)
- 6 days working
