Job Description
Business Optima is hiring a Sales Person – Booking (USA Shift) to handle client interactions, close bookings, and manage sales for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls (USA clients)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Follow up with potential clients
- Maintain CRM and track sales
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- Appointment booking experience is mandatory
- Prior sales experience is mandatory
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
- Comfortable working in night/USA shift
