Certification Required: CPC / CCS
Qualification:
✔ Any Degree / Life Science / Paramedical Background
✔ Certified CPC or CCS Candidates Preferred
✔ Strong knowledge in Medical Coding & IPDRG Auditing
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in IPDRG Inpatient Coding & QA Auditing
✔ Mandatory knowledge in Spinal Fusion Coding
✔ Experience in QA Auditing / Quality Review Process
✔ Good understanding of ICD Guidelines & Medical Documentation
✔ Ability to mentor coding teams and provide quality feedback
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
