Fictionary is India's first fiction only bookstore cafe based in Bandra, Mumbai.
Store Manager :
1. Store Operations - Opening and closing the store, inventory inwarding and stacking on bookshelves, regular maintenance and upkeep of the store.
2. Cafe Experience and Service - Ensuring top quality food and beverage service at the cafe. Managing Procurement, Daily Operations and adhering to Health and Safety standards
3. People Management - Recruit and Manage a team of 6-10 employees at the store.
4. Business Growth - Working on marketing, business promotions and partnerships to enable growth for the cafe/store.
Skills Required:
1. Minimum 3 years of Management experience at a Cafe or Restaurant and total 5 years of work experience.
2. Excellent Operations management and cost efficiency mindset.
3. Ability to interact with customers to deliver excellent service.
Tuesday - Sunday working. Monday is off.
Store operations from 8 am - 11 pm

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
