We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's solar products and services.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good listening and customer handling abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
