Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and supervising production workers to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns.
- Ensure proper material availability for production activities.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Implement and monitor 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide production operators and workers.
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
