About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our sales and operations teams in delivering exceptional service to our travel partners and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update payment trackers, guest tracking reports, and CRM records on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of guest files and correspondence.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending bookings to maximize conversions.
- Provide dedicated support for group bookings and high-value enquiries.
- Coordinate with operations teams to verify costing sheets, itineraries, and booking details.
- Communicate effectively with agents, guests, hotels, and transportation vendors.
- Conduct courtesy calls, verification calls, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate with hotels and transportation partners to obtain competitive rates.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and booking records.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, travel products, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, travel operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of itinerary planning, hotel bookings, and travel operations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
