As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR/ Trainig & Process Manager who can take ownership of recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and internal process management while helping build a high-performing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Create and manage job postings across Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and gather feedback.
- Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Support learning, development, and internal communication initiatives.
Performance & Process Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles and KPI tracking.
- Work with department heads to monitor employee performance.
- Improve HR workflows and internal processes for better efficiency.
- Develop and maintain HR SOPs, policies, and process documentation.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across departments.
Office Administration
- Support day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and employee facilities.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup, digital marketing agency, or fast-growing organization.
- Understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation.
