Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Video Editor to join our Marketing team. If you're someone who can turn footage into engaging visual stories, stay on top of trends, and bring creative campaigns to life — this one's for you. Graphic design will be a secondary, supporting part of your role.
What You’ll Do �
Primary: Video Editing
● Conceptualize and edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and internal branding
● Create reels, shorts, teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and team highlights
● Edit with a strong sense of narrative, pace, and platform-specific formats
● Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and music to elevate content
● Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects Modmacon’s brand identity
Secondary: Graphic Design (Support Function)
● Assist with graphic needs like thumbnails, social media templates, and campaign creatives ● Support the team with static/motion design for decks, internal branding, or merch visuals ● Collaborate with content writers and designers to align visual and narrative elements
What We’re Looking For
● Around 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing
● Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of edited content (especially for social platforms)
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects; knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
● Eye for detail, pacing, and a good sense of storytelling through visuals
● Ability to contribute to creative brainstorming and adapt to feedback quickly
● Bonus: Experience in gaming, youth-centric brands, or content marketing.
