Job Summary
Nish Hair is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to assist clients in selecting suitable hair solutions and products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, explaining product features, and driving retail sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hair products and solutions.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Actively convert customer inquiries and consultations into retail sales.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain proper display and organization of retail products.
- Assist in managing stock levels and informing the team about restocking needs.
- Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications & Experience:
