Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of industrial projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple project sites.
Act as the primary communication link between the site team, corporate office, clients, and vendors.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
Coordinate material dispatches, logistics, manpower deployment, and equipment requirements.
Follow up with procurement, production, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, or issues to management.
Assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling project activities.
Maintain records related to work completion, material consumption, and project status.
Coordinate client inspections, site visits, and project review meetings.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Support project billing documentation and project completion reports.
Required Skills
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments.
Basic understanding of industrial/fabrication projects is preferred.
Qualification
Diploma/ any relevant graduation.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of project coordination experience may apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Fabrication, Structural Steel, Sheet Metal, Industrial Projects, EPC, or Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
