Job Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Monitor live camera feeds and identify suspicious or unusual activities.
- Operate DVR/NVR and check recorded footage when required.
- Report security incidents, unusual activities, or camera issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring and incident reports.
- Check camera status and report any camera/network connectivity issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with security staff and other teams during emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
- Follow company security procedures and instructions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems.
- Basic understanding of IP cameras and IP addresses.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, and ping commands will be an advantage.
- Good observation and monitoring skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
- Candidates with experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or control room operations will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in CCTV monitoring/control room operations.
- Experience with IP CCTV and VMS will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
