AcadSync is an education technology platform focused on digitizing and automating administrative andacademic workflows for schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic, self-driven individuals to help expand AcadSync's presence across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role involves lead generation, cold calling, client outreach, socialmedia marketing, webinar coordination, product demonstrations, and relationship building witheducational institutions
Responsibilities:
· Identify and connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
· Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling with decision-makers.
· Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
· Coordinate and conduct online/offline webinars, awareness sessions, and product demonstrations.
· Support social media marketing and digital outreach campaigns.
· Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu(preferable).
· Confidence in cold calling and speaking with prospective clients.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
· Proactive and target-oriented.
Preferred:
· Experience in educational sales, EdTech, SaaS, marketing, or business development.
· Existing networks within schools or colleges is an added advantage.
Compensation:
· Fixed salary: 25,000/month
· Performance incentives on successful deal closures (up to 10%).
· Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
