Job Summary
Insight Cosmetics is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support our factory IT infrastructure across our Vasai and Boisar manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, user support, ERP, and IT asset management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access permissions.
- Support ERP/SAP users by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records.
- Ensure timely data backup, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, procurement, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and IP phones.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and service logs.
- Provide on-site IT support for both Vasai and Boisar factory locations whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), printers, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ERP/SAP support is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic server administration is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel between the Vasai and Boisar plants.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
