We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel and should be capable of handling development tasks independently.
The candidate will also be responsible for guiding junior developers, reviewing code, assigning tasks, and coordinating with the development team.
Knowledge of Node.js and React.js will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with MySQL databases.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Develop new features based on project requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Guide and support junior developers.
- Assign and monitor development tasks.
- Coordinate with QA and other team members.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned development work.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in Laravel development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel – Must Have.
- Good understanding of Laravel MVC.
- Good knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with REST API development.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership of development tasks.
Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of Node.js is an advantage.
- Knowledge of React.js is an advantage.
- Experience working with Laravel + React.js / Node.js will be preferred.
- Previous experience guiding or managing junior developers will be an added advantage.
Team Lead Skills
- Ability to guide junior developers.
- Ability to review and improve code quality.
- Ability to assign and track development tasks.
- Ability to identify and solve technical issues.
- Ability to coordinate with QA and project managers.
- Ability to take responsibility for team deliverables.
Preferred Candidate
A technically strong and responsible Laravel developer who can work independently and take team lead responsibilities.
Laravel/PHP is mandatory. Node.js and React.js are additional advantages.
