Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth in and around Anantapur. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and Kannada, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu and Tamil (mandatory)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate preferred
Experience
- 0–3 years in field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Preferred Skills
- Local area knowledge of Anantapur and nearby regions
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
- Basic smartphone usage for reporting and communication
