Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Handle student walk-ins and inquiries professionally
- Coordinate counselling appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain student records and documentation
- Support the counselling and admissions team
- Coordinate with IELTS/PTE coaching students and faculty
- Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and leads
- Ensure smooth office administration and reporting
- Assist in organizing seminars, events, and student activities
- Follow up with students and parents regarding applications and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel, CRM)
- Strong coordination and management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and pleasing personality
- Experience in education, counselling, or administration preferred
