We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Handle lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals
- Communicate with international and domestic clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IT services and technologies
- Experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
- Lead generation and client handling experience
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and CRM tools
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Track and update CRM with sales activities and progress
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
