ICARUS Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a responsible and disciplined Security Guard for its site in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, visitors, and materials at all times. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper visitor entry and exit records, verifying ID proofs, handling delivery and material movement entries, and managing vehicle parking efficiently. The guard must stay alert, monitor daily activities, and immediately report any suspicious behavior or incidents. Maintaining site cleanliness, discipline, and proper coordination during shift handovers is also essential. The candidate should be at least 10th pass, physically fit, polite in behavior, and capable of using a smartphone for basic entry applications such as MyGate. Prior experience of 1–3 years is preferred, although freshers can also apply. The position requires strong observation skills, punctuality, and a responsible attitude. Duty hours will be 8–12 hours per shift, with a salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience.
