Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration and maintain records and documents.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and support daily operational activities.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and multitask. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory. Salary: Based on experience.
