Job Summary :
We are hiring a Sales Counselor to handle student and parent inquiries for our education programs. The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into enrollments through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication. This position focuses on professional counseling, not aggressive sales.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and WhatsApp
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses
- Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly
- Handle queries confidently in English and Hindi
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets
Required Skills :
- 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales
- Good spoken English and Hindi (both mandatory) Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
