Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, be proficient in modern design tools, and be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and proposing effective design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency.
- Ensure designs are responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with development teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch is an added advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
