The incumbent will lead the delivery of training programmes, in-person, virtual as well as asynchronous programmes and ensure smooth conduct of all training related activities at the Bharti Institute of Public Policy at ISB. She/he will be required to ensure efficient execution of all of the critical functions thereby contributing towards end-to-end delivery of the training programmes. The Sr Manager-Trainings will be coordinating closely with Government Institutions and organizations. The incumbent will be required to provide administrative support to faculty, ensure logistic support, and to liaise with all stakeholders.
As a Sr. Manager of the Bharti Institute of Public Policy department, the job holder is expected to ensure smooth conduct of various in-person, virtual, asynchronous or hybrid training programmes at the institute. She/he will be the one-point contact for all Training related activity, and in turn liaise with faculty, students, clients, digital education platform partners, LMS team and Teaching Associates to ensure all activities are efficiently carried out, and data compiled, stored and communicated in a timely manner.
S/he is also responsible for all core function of trainings, be it Course Coordination, Faculty contracts, Logistics etc. Further s/he is expected to work towards faculty satisfaction. The incumbent is expected to provide administrative support to faculty for smooth delivery of course which would involve different activities.
With regard to people responsibilities the incumbent is supposed to closely work with other team members within BIPP and has to exhibit a good team player role. Further, she/he needs to closely coordinate with her/his team and other staff members at ISB ensuring internal coordination with finance, commercials, operations, IT/AV and other teams. The job holder is also expected to handle queries and escalations forwarded by the team and other relevant source.
