About the Role
WeShine Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reasoning & Aptitude Trainer to help students prepare for competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classes on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Mental Ability
- Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, and mock tests
- Teach problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support students in improving speed, accuracy, and exam confidence
- Stay updated with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus
Eligibility
- Freshers who have cleared prelims in competitive examinations or possess strong aptitude and reasoning skills are encouraged to apply
- Experienced Aptitude and Reasoning Trainers are also welcome
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing study materials
