Role Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager – Rental Sales will be responsible for driving rental revenue, fleet utilization, and market expansion for AWP/MEWP equipment in the assigned region. The role requires strong local market presence, customer engagement, and the ability to generate consistent rental business.
1. Rental Business Development
- Drive rental revenue growth and achieve monthly/annual targets
- Increase fleet utilization across the assigned region
- Identify new rental opportunities in construction, infrastructure, maintenance, and industrial projects
- Promote short-term and long-term rental solutions
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and industrial clients Generate repeat business through strong customer engagement Handle enquiries, site visits, and rental negotiations

- Build strong presence in Tirunelveli markets
- Map key contractors, builders, and industrial customers in the region
- Expand customer base through field visits and networking
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
