We’re looking for an experienced Senior Executive – EXIM to manage end-to-end export and import operations for our Surgical, Healthcare, and Nutraceutical product portfolio.
Experience Required
4–5 Years (Relevant EXIM experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Export & Import documentation from order processing to shipment completion.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Documents, COO, BL/AWB, Certificates of Origin, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHA, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Courier Partners, Customs, and Banks.
- Handle export documentation for payment processing, inward remittances, LC, and banking formalities.
- Follow up with overseas customers regarding shipments, documentation, order status, and payments.
- Plan and monitor export/import logistics for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate participation in International Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, and B2B meetings.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, IEC, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate export/import records and support audits.
- Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Warehouse, and Accounts teams.
Desired Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of Export-Import procedures, documentation, logistics, and banking.
✔ Experience handling international shipments via Air, Sea, and Courier.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple international orders independently.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or Surgical industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Working Days
Monday to Friday – Work from Office
Saturday – Work from Home
