Duties & Responsibilities
1. Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications
2. Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervision
3. Participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications
4. Specify products and materials
5. Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects
6. Create and present materials to executive management for internal and external events 7. Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints
8. Perform professional architectural design and project management for construction projects
9. Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports
10. Develop technical specifications for construction projects Education Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Interior Design
Job Description
1. Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production
2. Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept
3. Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
4. Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision
5. Participate in internal and consultant meetings
6. Train and mentor junior designers
7. Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team
8. Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
9. Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff
10. Assists in marketing efforts and Request for Proposal responses
11. Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
