1. Estate Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all properties, common areas, and amenities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, DG sets, and utility systems.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
2. Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the estate premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and common areas.
- Coordinate repairs, renovation, and civil work activities.
- Ensure proper waste management and pest control systems.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Handle AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Verify bills, work completion, and payment processing.
- Negotiate contracts and control maintenance costs.
4. Security & Safety Management
- Ensure proper security systems, CCTV, access control, and guard deployment.
- Conduct fire safety audits and emergency drills.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
- Maintain incident and visitor records.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual maintenance and operational budgets.
- Monitor utility expenses and maintenance costs.
- Maintain petty cash and expense reports.
- Optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
6. Staff Management
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and facility staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Conduct training on SOPs, safety, and grooming standards.
- Evaluate team performance regularly.
7. Resident / Client Coordination
- Address resident complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and society members.
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate events and community activities if required.
8. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance logs, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to fire, safety, and property regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management.
- Maintain inventory and asset registers
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
