· Ability to strategize & analyze reports

Job Description [Ownership Profile] :
Role Overview:
As a Techno-Commercial Consultant, you will be part of a team of 15 members, where each member is responsible for handling a specific region. You will be assigned a region (e.g., South India) and will manage all customer interactions within that region.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer follow-ups and business development activities within your assigned region
Work on leads provided by the Business Development Executive (sourced from India MART)
Contact potential and existing customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer requirements and their product applications
Provide suitable recommendations of our modified starch products based on their needs
Coordinate with customers for product samples and support them during testing
Build long-term relationships and convert leads into regular business
Ensure consistent follow-up to generate daily/regular orders
