Executive Business Development Manager (EBDM) – Job Description Company: IndiaFirst Life Insurance Position: Executive Business Development Manager (EBDM) Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs). Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Partner Channel. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Motivate and support the team to improve productivity and performance. Conduct field visits, joint calls, and customer meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and advisors. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate leads and support business acquisition activities. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services. Experience in team handling and agency channel management. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
