Description:
1. Good English communication (Mandatory as Profile requires talking to North/ South American Clients)
2. Problem solving mindset
3. Good Decision making
4. Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
5. Should be able to Multi-task (Profile includes multiple Tasks)
6. Organizational Skills
7. Down the line, after he is properly trained and reaches better understanding of Work profile (Possibly after 6 months),
a)Project and resource management
b)Client and Team Coordination
c)Discussions with Internal Teams/ Clients to resolve Project related issues
d)Since Clients based in different time zone, Profile may require sometimes working late to meet Client requirements
e)Will require direct reporting to HOD, Vice-President and President of the Company to discuss Operations Management
