We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Success Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate with the internal team, oversee social media activities, and support digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in social media marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Manage social media accounts and content schedules.
- Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Create basic graphics and short-form video content when required.
- Track campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
