We are seeking an efficient and proactive Operations Executive to join our plant/facility team in Sikandrabad and help drive our daily operational success as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams to maintain unified workflows.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Follow up with vendors, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations, timely material dispatch, and final delivery.
- Inventory & Stock Tracking: Handle inventory coordination, track material movement, and manage stock levels accurately.
- Documentation & MIS Reporting: Maintain comprehensive operational records and documentation. Prepare regular MIS reports and operational updates for management.
- Process Improvement: Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and cost-control activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and quality standards across all handled operations.
- Problem Solving: Actively troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues on a priority basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management (experience in a manufacturing facility, chemical plant, or recycling unit is required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field, MBA is plus
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking and MIS reporting). Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective vendor, transporter, and customer interaction.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving bottlenecks on-ground.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
