Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Artist – Architectural Art & Craft Specialist to join our architecture and interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing artistic elements across architectural and interior projects, including wood carvings, CNC-cut patterns, metal artworks, brick art installations, decorative finishes, murals, and custom-crafted design features.
The role requires close coordination with architects, interior designers, site supervisors, craftsmen, fabricators, and workers to transform creative concepts into high-quality finished products that enhance the overall design vision.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
* Develop innovative artistic concepts, design details, and custom decorative elements for architectural and interior projects.
* Create sketches, hand drawings, concept presentations, and artwork proposals.
* Research traditional and contemporary art techniques, materials, and fabrication methods.
* Collaborate with architects and interior designers to integrate artistic features into project designs.
* Design bespoke installations, feature walls, sculptures, murals, partitions, screens, and decorative elements.
Wood Carving & CNC Design
* Create detailed designs for wood carving applications.
* Prepare CNC cutting drawings and coordinate with CNC operators and fabrication teams.
* Develop customized decorative patterns, jali designs, panels, doors, ceilings, and furniture embellishments.
* Supervise execution to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
Metal Artwork & Fabrication
* Design decorative metal elements, screens, gates, railings, sculptures, and feature installations.
* Coordinate with metal fabricators and welders during production.
* Review prototypes, samples, and mock-ups before final execution.
* Ensure artistic intent is maintained throughout fabrication.
Brick Art & Architectural Features
* Develop creative brick patterns, textures, relief walls, and artistic masonry features.
* Work closely with masons and site teams to achieve desired architectural effects.
* Guide workers on layout, proportions, and execution techniques.
Painting & Decorative Finishes
* Design murals, textured surfaces, artistic wall treatments, and custom finishes.
* Prepare color concepts and artistic finish samples.
* Coordinate with painters and finishing contractors for implementation.
* Ensure consistency and quality in all decorative applications.
Site Coordination & Execution
* Visit project sites regularly to monitor artistic works and installations.
* Guide craftsmen, workers, and vendors regarding execution details.
* Resolve site-related design and execution challenges.
* Ensure artwork is completed according to approved designs and project timelines.
Team Collaboration
* Coordinate closely with the Interior Design Team, Architecture Team, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
* Participate in design discussions, material selections, and project reviews.
* Assist in developing unique design features that strengthen the firm’s creative identity.
Quality Control
* Inspect materials, samples, mock-ups, and finished works.
* Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, detailing, and finishing.
* Ensure artistic elements are durable, functional, and aligned with project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Sculpture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* Strong artistic and sketching abilities.
* Knowledge of wood carving, CNC cutting processes, metal fabrication, brick masonry detailing, and decorative painting techniques.
* Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
* Experience coordinating with craftsmen, artisans, fabricators, and site workers.
* Strong understanding of materials, textures, finishes, and fabrication methods.
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools is preferred.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
