Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.
- Ensure timely submissions and meet hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience with sourcing through various job portals and networking platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong screening and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift).
