The Head – O&M will be responsible for end-to-end management of all STP/ETP AMC contracts, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, statutory compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction, while making AMC operations owner-independent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AMC Operations Management
- Overall responsibility of all STP/ETP plants under AMC.
- Ensure continuous operation as per contract conditions.
- Maintain treated water quality within PCB norms (BOD, COD, TSS, etc.).
- Prevent breakdowns and ensure quick rectification.
2. Manpower & Discipline Control
- Manage supervisors and operators across all AMC sites.
- Ensure shift planning, attendance, leave replacement, and discipline.
- Train operators on SOPs, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure no manpower-related downtime.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance with Pollution Control Board.
- Maintain logbooks, lab reports, chemical dosing records.
- Prepare compliance data for inspections and audits.
4. Cost & Chemical Consumption Control
- Monitor site-wise chemical consumption.
- Control power, consumables, and spares usage.
- Prevent wastage, theft, and inefficiencies.
- Improve AMC margins through cost optimization.
5. Client & Escalation Handling
- Act as first point of contact for AMC clients.
- Handle complaints and resolve before escalation.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with clients.
6. Reporting & Reviews
- Daily AMC status report (site-wise).
- Weekly summary covering compliance, manpower, breakdowns.
- Monthly AMC performance and cost review with management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma / B.Tech in Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- 8–15 years experience in STP/ETP Operations & Maintenance
- Experience managing multiple plants simultaneously
- Strong field and manpower handling experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,648.27 per month
