An Inventory Executive is responsible for managing inventory efficiently to ensure the right stock is available at the right time while minimizing losses and maintaining accurate records.

Job Title: Inventory Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for stock planning.
- Track stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management (depending on the role).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Inventory accuracy.
- Stock availability and fill rate.
- Inventory turnover.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and losses.
- Timely completion of stock audits and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
