### *About the Role*
Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented *Sales & Marketing professional* from the chemical/industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in Kolkata and Eastern India, managing key accounts, and expanding our market footprint. You will bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and commercial market needs.
### *Key Responsibilities*
* *B2B Sales & Business Development:* Identify and develop new business opportunities, industrial buyers, and B2B clients for our chemical products in the region.
* *Revenue Generation:* Own sales targets for the territory, from lead generation and price negotiation to closing deals and ensuring timely collections.
* *Client Relationship Management:* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing industrial clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring high retention.
* *Market Intelligence:* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures to identify new growth avenues and product potential.
* *Supply Chain Coordination:* Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, product quality compliance, and after-sales support.
* *Reporting:* Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis reports for the senior management.

### *Required Profiles & Qualifications*
* *Education:* Graduate/Postgraduate degree. A background in Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc) or Chemical Engineering, paired with an MBA in Marketing.
* *Experience:* 8 to 12 years of proven experience in industrial chemical sales, specialty chemicals, or allied metal/mineral industries.
* *Network:* An established network of industrial buyers and manufacturers is a major plus.
* *Skills:* * Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
* *Joining Availability:* Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
