Role - Retail Store-Incharge/executive
Key Responsibilities:

● Good English communication skill.
● Managing the day to day store operations.
● Opening and closing the stores on time.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
● Responsible for cash and card settlements.
● Responsible for incoming and outgoing garments.
● Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on different service features.
● Go the extra mile to drive sales.
● Remain knowledgeable on different services offered.
● Build productive trust relationship with customers.
● Monitor timely delivery to the customer on pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with field executives/operation team
● Effective execution of various sales promotional activities.
● Provide customer feedback to the through internal tickets
● Stay up-to-date with new services
Timing - 10 am - 8.30 pm
Lunch time -1pm - 2pm
Week off - Wednesday
Salary range - 15000 - 25000 ( including PF) +Insurance
Experience - 1 - 5 years
Job Location : Haralur
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
